Edgewater Facility This was essentially a “make-safe” project. All masonry was physically inspected and loose and delaminating concrete was removed. Areas of potential problems were identified. Specifications for repair included the installation of thru-wall flashing material designed to facilitate the prevention of water penetration. Window perimeters and control joints were then sealed with a urethane sealant.
